On January 24th, the City's selected consultant, Baker-Tilly, presented their final Outsourcing Assessment Report to both the Finance and Personnel Committe and City Council.  The full report is available here.  The Outsourcing Subcommittee, comprised of citizens and aldermen, presented a recommendation to City Council on the decision points outlined by Baker Tilly.  Those recommendations are available here.
