Energy Conservation and Home Repair Program (ECHR)

ECHR Energy Conservation Housing Rehabilitation (ECHR) is a relatively new program under the Energy Division. The ECHR program seeks to extend the goals of the Weathrization program by allowing for minor rehabilitation of homes of income eligible house holds. Eligibility criteria are similar to those for the other two housing related programs. Serves the greater Rockford area.
