The Rockford City Council approves a fee schedule annually, as part of the budget process. The schedule outlines costs for all necessary fees and permits required by the City for various purposes, including utility billing, building and zoning permits, and business licenses, to name a few.
The current schedule was passed in December, 2012 for implementation on January 1, 2013.
